By using India's Creative Talent Network, you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must provide accurate information when creating a profile or posting a job.

Professionals are independent contractors, not employees of the platform. All agreements on scope, pricing, and delivery are made directly between the customer and the professional.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or misuse the messaging or payment features.

The platform facilitates discovery, communication, and reviews. We are not a party to any contract formed between users and are not liable for the outcome of any engagement.
